2020-2021: Overseeing Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 applications for historical preservation tax incentives for the new Danville Police Department at 2291 Memorial Drive in Danville, Virginia.
Honey Bee Boutique Hotel, Danville, Virginia
2019-2020: Through historical research in city and local archives, re-established contributing status of an iconic landmark in downtown Danville, the original newspaper offices of the Danville Register and Bee. Collaborated with the hotel’s interior designer and the local historical society to bring local history into the design and feel of the building’s new use as a boutique hotel, the only hotel in a historic district in Danville.
